PT Makswel Megah Perkasa was established in 2014. We specialize providing solutions in the construction materials industry with a wide range of products. We are the authorized agent of Systemair Fan.
Our Pruducts have been installed in various industries such as hotels, apartments, factory and other various commercial infrastructures in major cities.

Depending on the application, the AXC fan housing is available in the following versions:
- Hot-dip galvanized (standard)
- Pre-galvanized (ventilation control center)
- Powder-coated (on request)
- Stainless steel (corrosive atmosphere)
All housings have pressed flanges for airtight duct connection. The fan sizes up to 1600 are equipped with an inspection opening for checking the direction of rotation.

- Symmetrical impeller blades; 100% reversible with low noise emissions
- IP55 motors, insulation class H (smoke extraction version); IP55 motors, insulation class F (CO ventilation), according to EN 60034-5

Jet Fan (AJR-TR)
Systemair’s range of centrifugal fans offer the engineers the flexibility to choose the most suitable sizes and configurations to suit any site condition. With over 2000 variations of diameter, width and impeller type, specifications are virtually tailor-made to individual needs. We offer both single and double inlet forms and in three classes of construction to suit almost any application. There is a choice of eight impeller types, providing optimum performance to meet any duty. Casings are made of mild steel, welded and many are of semi-universal construction allowing the discharge angle to be modified to suit customer’s requirements. Many additional features and ancillaries can be supplied on request, example; split casings, carbon steel and stainless steel impellers.
Centrifugal Fan (ASP)
The MUB (A) fans have impellers with backward curved blades, manufactured from aluminum. The MUB 355-450 is equipped with external rotor motors. MUB 500-630 are driven by an IEC standard motor.
All MUB(A)/T fans have impellers with backward curved blades, manufactured from Galvanized Iron, and IEC standard motors for all 400V three phase motors. Motors are outside the air stream. The casing consists of an aluminum frame with fiberglass reinforced plastic / aluminum corners and double skin, galvanized steel panels with a 20 mm mineral wool insulation.
Cabinet Centrifugal (MUB(A) / MUB(A)/T)
The Systemair Rectangular Cabinet Fan units are the results of long experience in the development and manufacturing of ventilation systems. The partnership between highly motivated Systemair employees and world know component suppliers guarantees quality products on the highest technical level and precise reliability.
Cabinet In-Line (CDRE/CDRD)
Axial fans of the AW sileo range do have a bionic shape of the fan blade which reduces the noise level and increases the efficiency of the fan. AW sileo fans are driven by external rotor motors. The AW range is equipped with a square wall plate, galvanized steel and powder coated in black (RAL9005). The protection guard at the inlet side is powder coated aluminum, powder coated in black, or from high efficiency composite material. The impeller is balanced dynamically in two levels in accordance with DIN ISO 1940 part 1, quality G6.3. The motors are equipped with thermal contacts for motor protection, with leads to be connected to a motor protection unit, for example Systemair unit S-ET.
Propeller (AW Sileo)
The K Sileo series is designed for installation in ducts. All K-fans have a minimum 25 mm long spigot connections. The fans have backward-curved blades and external rotor motors. To simplify the installation the K Sileo fan has a fixing bracket together with screws for mounting the bracket included as standard. The FK mounting clamp facilitates easy installation and removal, and prevents the transfer of vibration to the duct. The fans can be speed-controlled via a stepless thyristor or a 5-step transformer. To protect the motor from overheating the fan has integral thermal contacts with manual reset. The casing is manufactured from galvanized sheet steel and folded which gives the fan a close to air tight casing. Duct connected outdoor and wet room applications of the fan are possible due to the air tight casing.
Centrifugal In-Line (K Sileo)

- Propeller fan incorporated with advance blade design enables powerful airflow at low noise.

- Orifice equipped with oil cup collects oil drops effectively.
- Front louver with blind shutter enhances privacy and safety protection
